Current Topics in Histocompatibility and Transplantation

The Georgetown University Current Topics in Histocompatibility and Transplantation lecture series reaches scores of individuals through real-time, ninety minute in-depth audio conferences involving organizations and people from around the world. Without ever leaving their workplace, participants can register and listen to the lectures in one of two ways: either LIVE on the day of the conference, or through listening to the recording of the lecture (RECORDED lectures include slides as a PowerPoint file and audio recording). This convenient and cost-effective educational tool allows histocompatibility and transplantation professionals to keep current in the field of histocompatibility testing and transplantation.

Participants can also earn ACHI CEC for listening to recorded lectures from previous years (to order the lecture from previous years please use order forms). Our continuing education program is approved by the American College of Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics and all participants earn ACHI Continuing Education Credit (CEC) equal to 1.5 contact hours or 0.225 CEC per lecture (equal credit is given for participation in LIVE or RECORDED formats).
